New flavor was created to celebrate the global theatrical release of Illumination’s Minions & Monsters, the new chapter in the biggest animated franchise in history, arriving in theaters July 1.

Fruity Cereal Crunch features Mini Melts' first cereal milk-flavored ice cream beads, blended with crunchy fruity cereal flakes for a playful combination of creamy sweetness and satisfying crunch in every bite, the company states.

David Frozen Dessert was created with the same principle that defines the brand's bars: more protein, fewer calories, and no compromise on experience. Each pint delivers 30 grams of protein, with flavors ranging from 210 to 260 calories per pint and less than 1 to 2 grams of sugar.

Blue Bunny Soft Scoopables and Blue Bunny Mini Swirls are now formulated with colors and flavors from natural sources and no high-fructose corn syrup.

The facility supports a wide range of production capabilities — from premium ice cream novelties to bulk formats and custom dairy formulations. Idaho Milk Products can produce up to 54,000 novelty ice cream items per hour, including stick bars, sandwiches, and cones, with options for variegates, inclusions, and dual coatings. 

Protein “Pumped Up” Vanilla Gelato is the first protein gelato offered in a 5-liter format designed specifically for foodservice, according to the company.

Guests will enjoy a broad assortment of classic and creative ice cream favorites, from rich traditional flavors to sandwiches and floats.
