Rotondo launched his first brand, Rocky Clark, while still in college, later worked at ecommerce startups, and won New Jersey’s Best Bagel in 2018. His background blends brand, product and consumer-led innovation.
DiSpirito spent the last decade in New York City, splitting time between his corporate career in strategy and building businesses. He formerly served clothing brand Delmonico and now leads Smearcase as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
