Petaluma, Calif.-based Marin French Cheese Co. says it introduced a new logo and packaging design to increase consumer awareness of its status as the oldest artisan cheesemaker in the United States.
The line also includes whole and reduced-fat 2% milk.

Organic Valley says it added Organic Valley fat-free Grassmilk. The fat-free option joins the La Farge, Wis.-based cooperative’s current lineup of whole and reduced-fat 2% Grassmilk.

In fact, a recent survey from IBM Institute for Business Value found that 54% of consumers “are willing to pay a premium for brands that are sustainable and/or environmentally responsible.”
