    Jacqueline Van Schaik, global lead nutritionist, Fonterra, joins Dairy Foodsfor episode 64 of the “Let’s Talk Dairy” podcast. During this podcast, she discusses GLP-1s and dairy.

    Van Schaik is an experienced nutritionist in both medical nutrition and consumer goods. She promotes optimizing both nutritional quality and sensory experience. Van Schaik has a special interest in the nutritional needs of patients and the elderly with the specific challenges impacting these populations. She is interested in finding new approaches to help people optimize their nutrition while at the same time keeping it simple. Van Schaik has long-term corporate experience in leading sensory and clinical trials and is an expert in nutritional composition in medical formulations. 

    Fonterra is the world’s largest dairy exporter. The company’s dairy ingredients are used by some of the world’s most prominent food and nutrition companies, and the United States is one of its most important markets. 

    During this podcast, Van Schaik discusses the following:
