OIKOS introduces cultured dairy drinks for GLP-1 consumers

    August 11, 2025

Part of the Danone family of brands, OIKOS introduced FUSION, a new line of cultured dairy drinks positioned specifically to support the unique nutrition needs of GLP-1 and weight loss consumers.

Each 130-calorie, 7-ounce bottle is nutrient dense and provides:

    • 23g of complete protein
    • 5g of prebiotic fiber to support digestive health
    • 0g added sugar
    • No artificial sweeteners
    • Vitamins B3 and B12 to help convert food to energy
    • A good source of calcium and key vitamins A and D

Oikos FUSION are available in three delicious flavor varieties including:

    • Strawberry: Jam packed with strawberry flavor for a drink that’s refreshing, sweet and seriously strong.
    • Mixed Berry: A flavor-packed trio of blueberry, raspberry and strawberry flavors that’s balanced, sweet and stronger together.
    • Vanilla: Smooth, sweet and seriously strong in perfectly tasty vanilla.

Developed in partnership with nutrition scientists and dietitians, OIKOS FUSION was made to play to the OIKOS strength: delivering protein and nutrient focused solutions. Along with its Advanced Fusion Blend, which combines whey protein, leucine and vitamin D, ingredients that work synergistically to help stimulate muscle protein synthesis, it provides a variety of other important nutrients for GLP-1 users and general consumers alike. Other key highlights of the product include:

    • The product was intentionally designed both in size and packaging. It’s a small sized bottle with a lot of nutrients in it that does not call out any specific consumer.
    • The Advanced FUSION Blend is an excellent source of vitamin D, an essential nutrient that most Americans don’t get enough of.
    • While many protein drinks on the market use a milk protein called casein, OIKOS FUSION uses whey protein specifically because it digests rapidly and has a naturally higher leucine content.

OIKOS FUSION will start at Walmart this month and will expand to more retailers this fall.
