Shamrock Farms now “Official Milk of the Lopes!” with Grand Canyon University Partnership

Shamrock Farms announced it is the “Official Milk” and “Official Chocolate Milk” of the Lopes as part of a new 3-year partnership with Grand Canyon University Athletics designed to support both student athletes and the community.
“As Arizona’s hometown dairy, we’re proud to support GCU and the important role it plays in our community,” said Devon McClelland, president of Shamrock Foods Company. “With many GCU alumni on our team and our dairy plant and foodservice distribution center just minutes away, this partnership reflects our commitment to supporting the university and helping students and athletes perform at their best.”
As part of the partnership, Phoenix-based Shamrock Farms is supplying its nutrient-rich milk to GCU Athletics. Perfect for fueling athletes, milk packs 13 essential nutrients, is a leading source of calcium, vitamin D and potassium, and provides 8 grams of protein in every 8-oz serving.
Shamrock will have a presence at GCU basketball, baseball and club sports games with spectator activations, giveaways and signage. Shamrock Farms is also now the title sponsor of GCU’s popular Future Havocs Club (K-12) with events, “kidcaster of the month” opportunities, an exclusive growth chart, free ticket offers and more for local families to enjoy.
“Just as Shamrock Farms is dedicated to communities across Arizona, so is GCU. By fostering tailored partnerships with brands like them, we can ensure GCU's continued positive influence on all our programs,” explained Dr. Kale Gober, GCU Vice President of Advancement. “Shamrock Farms will continue to fuel the Lopes as the Official Milk of GCU Athletics.”
The partnership was recently celebrated with a sponsor spotlight activation at the Feb. 11 GCU men’s basketball game, where fans enjoyed Shamrock Farms-led pre-game activities and Shamrock Farms Flavored Milk.
