Shamrock Farms announced it is the “Official Milk” and “Official Chocolate Milk” of the Lopes as part of a new 3-year partnership with Grand Canyon University Athletics designed to support both student athletes and the community.  

The new milk boxes are also lactose free, deliver 8g of protein per serving and are shelf stable, making them perfect to enjoy at home or on-the-go, no refrigeration needed.

The new product as well as Winder's other products are available to purchase online on Instacart or in-store at all Utah Smith's locations and Associated Food Stores locations, including Harmon's, Macey's, Fresh Market, Dick's, Lee's, Dan's, and other independently owned Associated Food Stores.

Our trip to Smith Brothers Farms included two stops: one was a visit to the Kent, Wash., plant, where the company processes milk. Following this visit, we traveled 20 minutes to Federal Way, Wash., to check out the company’s distribution center, the origin of all Smith Brothers Farms’ home delivery services, which is the pillar of many communities.

From 1905 to the 1990s, home delivery was common for dairy processors, but popularity declined as customers turned to supermarkets. While many manufacturers focused solely on processing, Smith Brothers Farms maintained its delivery service and remains strong today, despite competition from Amazon and Costco nearby.
