New dairy products: Prairie Farms flavored sour cream-based dips
Carlinville, Ill.-based Prairie Farms launched a specialty sour cream-based dip line that is on-trend with an evolving consumer palate. The dips are available in three flavors: spicy ranch, Tzatziki and roasted red pepper.
The dips are packaged in 12-ounce plastic containers. The high-definition graphics are printed on a clear container and define the concept of the product with craft lettering and crisp images of the corresponding flavor inspirations, which allow consumers to easily identify the flavors.
The spicy ranch flavor contains 50 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 1 gram of sugar and 1 gram of protein per 2-tablespoon serving. The dairy dips are available at retail outlets throughout the Midwest, with a suggested retail price of $2.39 per 12-ounce container.
