Dole demonstrates a 3-step process for making yogurt smoothies at home in this week's free-standing inserts. Step one is to shake loose the frozen fruit and yogurt inside the container. Whitewave Foods (a unit of Dean Foods) introduces its Silk Fruit & Protein nondairy beverage made with soy. It is available in mixed berry, mango peach and strawberry banana flavors. The FSI calls the drinks a "good source of protein" and directs readers to a Facebook page.
