Introduced at the show were:

Developed for functionality and sensory precision, it simplifies formulation, enhances texture and mouthfeel, and supports better-for-you innovation through added nutritional value and clean-label reformulation.
BakeFORM is a clean-label, customizable egg reduction and replacement system developed to match the emulsification, texture, structure, aeration, and rise of eggs in bakery and confectionery applications. BakeFORM eliminates supply chain volatility and delivers cost stability without compromising performance or flavor while also exceeding egg’s nutritional value.
BeneSpore BV is a probiotic featuring a proprietary strain of Bacillus velezensis. Clinically shown to reduce bloating, help produce digestive enzymes, and support a balanced gut microbiome; BeneSpore delivers proven digestive wellness benefits for the use in supplements, beverages and fortified foods, the company said.
VitalEX is an encapsulated caffeine system that provides steady, sustained energy release over eight hours without the crash. Ideal for ready-to-mix powders, it’s designed for consumers seeking balanced, long-lasting performance and alertness.
