Scott’s Protein Balls is expanding its lineup with two new flavors: Cinnamon Almond Butter and Chocolate Peanut Latte.

A mission-driven brand founded by Lori and Scott Levine, Scott started making protein balls for his wife Lori during her breast cancer recovery in 2017 — creating clean, energizing snacks that were crafted with purpose and packed with plant-based protein.

The new flavors deliver the indulgent taste of one’s favorite comfort foods with the clean-label integrity Scott’s is known for — gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and made without preservatives, according to the New York-based company.

The clean-ingredient snack brand known for providing craveable, functional fuel is available in:

    •    Cinnamon Almond Butter: A warm and cozy blend featuring cinnamon spice and creamy almond butter — perfect for slow mornings or snack breaks with substance.

    •    Chocolate Peanut Latte: A coffeehouse-inspired bite with rich cocoa and espresso flavor balanced by protein-packed peanut butter — designed to keep you going long after your first cup.

The new additions join Scott’s existing collection of clean protein snacks, offering even more variety for health-conscious snackers looking for convenient, energizing options that align with their wellness goals.

Scott’s Protein Balls are available in hundreds of stores across the Tri-State area and online. Beyond creating a product that’s both nutritious and convenient, Scott’s Protein Balls is committed to supporting breast cancer research. The brand donates 1% of sales to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) and is driven by a passion to make healthy snacks accessible while advocating for better nutrition, wellness, and awareness around cancer support.

Optimize Whey Protein Isolate Production: Discover New Opportunities from Whey Protein Phospholipid Concentrate Research

On Demand Production of Whey Protein Isolates (WPI) have always been hampered by the creation of pro-cream. This occurs as a byproduct during the microfiltration step to remove the remaining cream in Whey Protein Concentrate to achieve 90% WPI. However, new advancements in WPI processing equipment alongside research conducted at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, has helped increase value, awareness and applications for the use of Whey Protein Phospholipid Concentrate (WPPC).
