    Welcome to Dairy Foods’ first Ingredients Issue

    Welcome to Dairy Foods’ inaugural Ingredients Issue. Although we cover ingredients extensively throughout the year, our staff felt it was a great time to devote a significant portion of our magazine to ingredients.

    Our goal is to help educate our readers about the ingredients and ingredient trends driving dairy products. In this issue, we summoned many ingredient manufacturers to get their take on what is driving the dairy ingredient market and what the future may look like. Check out our features on Cheese, Ice Cream, Milk, Cultured Dairy, Ready-to-Drink Beverages and Sports Nutrition. 

    And since sweeteners remains a hot topic, our Ingredient Showcase is dedicated to the wide variety of sweeteners available to dairy processors. For those who prefer to receive their news in an easily digestible format, we have you covered as well. Please check out our “Let’s Talk Dairy” podcast, in which FlavorSum’s Lisa Jackson joins Managing Editor Barbara Harfmann to discuss Ingredient Trends.
