IDFA cancels Ice Cream Technology, Yogurt & Cultured Innovation conferences
All active conference registrations and sponsorships will be transferred to the 2021 events.
In an email to International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) members, Michael Dykes, D.V.M., IDFA’s president and CEO, said the association made “the difficult decision” to cancel the Ice Cream Technology and Yogurt & Cultured Dairy conferences for 2020.
“While IDFA hopes for the best, with the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation,” Dykes wrote.
He said all active conference registrations and sponsorships will be transferred to the 2021 events, which will be co-located at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, Fla., March 16-17.
