Sweet Nothings debuts ready-to-eat frozen smoothies
The offerings are available in five flavors.
Sweet Nothings, Anaheim, Calif., said it released a line of plant-based ready-to-eat frozen smoothies made with seven or fewer ingredients. The smoothies are available in 3.5-ounce individual-sized cups and contain only 100 or fewer calories. Each single-serving option comes with a mini spoon.
The line is available in five indulgent flavors, including Chocolate, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Coffee and Blueberry Beet. According to Sweet Nothings, the smoothies make perfect grab-and-go breakfasts, mid-morning snacks or 3 p.m. pick-me-ups.
“I started Sweet Nothings because of the lack of truly healthy and organic products in the grocery store. Every ‘healthy’ option I found contained unnecessary junk and ingredients that I couldn’t pronounce,” said Beth Porter, co-founder of Sweet Nothings. “So I worked tirelessly in my kitchen to create an option that was made of real, whole ingredients.”
