BelGioioso Cheese, Green Bay, Wis., introduced three cheeses packaged for portion control and convenience: fontina, mascarpone and ricotta.

• Three pieces of fontina (totaling 0.75 ounces) are packaged in a bag. A serving (one bag) contains 70 calories. The cheese is sold in an 8-pack for $3.50 to $4. 
   
• Mascarpone is packaged in a 3-ounce cup and contains 60 calories per 1 tablespoon serving. It retails for $1.99. 
   
• The ricotta comes in a 5-ounce cup and retails for $1.99. Two tablespoons have 45 calories.

The cheeses are available at select retailers on the East Coast and in the Midwest.
