Today’s consumers have returned to some pre-pandemic eating habits such as convenience — and also are embracing new ones they’re finding on TikTok and other social media platforms. 

The natural cheese category managed to avoid gridlocks on the retail side in 2021, cruising at a comfortable speed with positive results. 

The grab-and-go varieties include Dutch Gouda slices and sharp cheddar cubes and slices.
