Yoplait (a brand of General Mills, Minneapolis) introduced a new Greek yogurt line called Plenti. The yogurt is made with fruit, seeds (flax and pumpkin) and whole grains.

The yogurt contains a 1:1 sugar to protein ratio (12g of each) and all colors, flavors and sweeteners are derived from natural sources. Each yogurt contains 140 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein and around 12 grams of sugar per 5.3-ounce container.

The Greek yogurt is available in eight flavors: blueberry, strawberry, vanilla, black cherry, peach, raspberry, spiced apple and coconut.

The line is available in grocery stores nationwide and each cup is sold for a suggested retail price of $1.59.
