On April 10th, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of Spirulina extract as a natural blue coloring ingredient in an expanded range of aplications , beyond the recently authorized gums and candies.
As part of its COLOR’IMPACT offer, DIANA provides its customers with spirulina based solutions for the corresponding applications including gums, candies, ice cream, frozen desserts and yogurts.
