There is a growing interest in ready-to-serve desserts that have fruit or a fruit sauce topping that can be simply turned onto a plate and served. Laiteries H Triballat in France has launched Faisselle Coulis, two 120-gram pots of soft white cheese with a red fruits or apricot and peach topping.
