Ice Joy, a Russian-American company founded in 2012, won Sial D’Or’s best sweet frozen product for its granular ice cream, made for the Russian market. It is a tub of frozen balls of ice cream in several different flavours – chocolate, strawberries & cream, Neapolitan, vanilla and banana. The company says it uses unique manufacturing technology.
