Hosted by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), IFT18 will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago. The food expo will bring together food science and technology thought leaders from more than 90 countries representing the most prominent organizations in the global food sector.

The Membrane Technology Forum will take place on June 5-7 at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, MN. The Forum, backed by Dairy Foods magazine and American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), is the premier live event in the commercial membrane and membrane technology sector.

The annual Food Safety Summit will take place May 7-10 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. The show will address the importance of food safety throughout the supply chain and how each community that makes up the ecosystem is connected.

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and Center for Dairy Research (CDR) officials formed new partnerships with the U.S. Dairy Export Council, the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board to deliver more diversity and depth of programming than ever before at the 2018 International Cheese Technology Expo (ICTE), set for April 17-19, 2018, at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.

The Private Label Manufacturers Association’s (PLMA) 2017 Private Label Trade Show will take place Nov. 12 through Nov. 14 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. This year’s trade show is expected to set new records for size and attendance.

Pack Expo International, hosted by PMMI, Reston, Va., is headed to the Las Vegas Convention Center Sept. 25 through 27. The event is expecting 30,000 attendees, including 5,000 international visitors from more than 125 countries, combined with 2,000-plus exhibiting companies. It will span over 800,000 net square feet of exhibit floor. In addition, this year the inaugural Healthcare Packaging Expo will be co-located with Pack Expo.

Process Expo, produced by the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA), is said to be the nation’s largest trade show that features technology and integrated solutions for all segments of the food and beverage industry.

Former U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is the keynote speaker at the July 10 Presidents Banquet during the Dairy Symposium hosted by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association.
