Show producer PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, has elevated PACK EXPO Las Vegas from a regional trade show to a global industry stalwart by expanding its scale, influence and relevance across international markets.

Trade show welcomed 16,600 attendees from Mexico and throughout Latin America. With 5,600 exhibitors staffing booths, total attendee and exhibitor attendance topped 22,000.
The speech, "Toward the Approval and Application of Novel Zwitterionic Membranes for the Dairy Industry," will take place on June 3 at 2 p.m. during the event, presented by Dairy Foods and ADPI, and taking place at the DoubleTree in Bloomington, Minn.
