Wisconsin Cheese (Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin), Madison, Wis., said it is officially declaring cheese as the universal love language of 2021.

The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), Elmhurst, Ill., announced the addition of three subject-matter experts to its Center of Excellence (COE) resource group for members.
