Building on the popularity of the FLX Machinery Brand, ALLIEDFLEX has expanded its program by introducing its new FLX Rotary Duo SpoutFill models to accommodate the filling and capping of popular Pre-Made Spouted Pouches. 

The FLX Rotary Duo SpoutFill Model operates in a “duplex” (2 UP) operating mode packaging up to 70 ppm/pouches per minute. Higher output models are available in the ALLIEDFLEX portfolio. It is ideally suited for various Liquid Food, Fruit Puree and Dairy Products, including Yogurt and Soft Serve Ice Cream applications. 

The FLX Rotary Duo SpoutFill Series system can accommodate various Pouch fill volumes from 300 ml to 500 ml, including pouches constructed of high-barrier laminated or mono-layer recyclable pouch materials. Pre-Made, Pre-Spouted pouches are conveniently fed via pre-loaded rail buffer system. It utilizes an advanced PLC Control System, User-Friendly Color HMI Operator Interface, and Remote Diagnostics. The system is manufactured to meet UL and CSA electrical codes and is available in full stainless steel washdown sanitary construction.
