The third-annual Tee Up for a Cause charity golf outing, hosted by dairy supplier Complete Filtration Resources, was a record-breaking success, bringing together 144 golfers, 76 sponsors and volunteers, and a united dairy processing industry to raise $224,000 in support of two impactful children's organizations: Camp Hometown Heroes and the Children’s Imaginarium.
Held at the SentryWorld Golf Course in Stevens Point, Wis., this event has become a premier charitable gathering for the dairy processing sector, bringing together fabricators, engineering firms, suppliers and most importantly end users and processors, a required component for every golf team. This unique requirement ensures that the event is not just a fundraiser, but a true industry gathering, fostering authentic connection across the supply chain.
This year’s Premier Sponsor, Dahmes Stainless, played a central role in driving the day’s success. During the live auction, Complete Filtration Resources made a bold announcement: they would match the final Premier Sponsorship bid for 2026, whatever the amount. Dahmes Stainless sealed the bid at $60,000, resulting in a $60,000 match from Complete Filtration Resources—bringing an additional $60,000 to the donation total.
“This day is about community and commitment,” said Klay Swatloski, event organizer and leader at Complete Filtration Resources. “It’s a celebration of our industry’s generosity, and of what can happen when people come together with purpose.”
Attendees were treated to a full day of golf, networking, food, and celebration, with several on-course activities and a heartfelt closing program. The generosity on display will directly benefit children served by this year’s featured charities, leaving a lasting impact far beyond the course.
Looking ahead, the 2026 Tee Up for a Cause event is already on the calendar for Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Information can be found on their website https://teeup4cause.com/
