    CITRUS FIBER SERIES

The USDA organic-certified Citri-Fi 400 citrus fiber series from Fiberstar can be used in a variety of dairy products including yogurts, ready-to-drink protein drinks, creams, sauces and dairy desserts. At low usage levels (< 1%), Citri-Fi binds water and oil to provide stability, creamy texture and improved nutrition by being able to aid in oil and egg reduction, the company says. Labeling options include dried citrus pulp or citrus flour which resonate well in the clean label markets. Citri-Fi can also be used in place of some food gums and modified starches to simplify labeling. The 400 series is Non-

GMO Project Verified, non-allergenic and gluten-free.

    NATURAL BIOACTIVE FOR IMMUNE SUPPORT

Immunel from Glanbia Nutritionals provides a combination of low molecular weight bioactive peptides and growth factors that support and activate innate immunity, inducing a rapid, efficient and defensive immune response. Immunel is naturally produced from colostrum using proprietary processes to isolate at least 50 distinct compounds including proline-rich polypeptide, insulin-like growth factor and nucleotides. With no IgG content, Immunel is ideal for applications that require high-heat processing, according to the company. Its small 100mg dose makes it easy to incorporate into ready-to-drink beverages, ready-to-mix powders and more, offering a clean-label solution for brands looking to add natural immune support to their formulations.

    ORGANIC COCONUT MILK

Organic Coconut Milk from Global Organics is a creamy, plant-based ingredient that is ideal for dairy and non-dairy applications, from yogurt and ice cream to powdered drink mixes. Rich in MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides), lauric acid, and essential minerals like potassium and manganese, it combines indulgence with functional nutrition and sustainability, the company says. With its smooth texture and subtly sweet, distinctive flavor, organic coconut milk can mask off-notes common in high-protein formulations. It is available in aseptic shelf-stable or spray-dried formats, offering long shelf life and formulation versatility. No longer classified as a tree nut by the FDA, this allergen-friendly ingredient aligns with vegan, plant-based and global cuisine trends to deliver dairy-free indulgence with health appeal.

A SOLUBLE TAPIOCA FIBER FOR FUNCTIONAL DAIRY

Icon Foods’ FibRefine Organic Soluble Tapioca Fiber is a clean-label, prebiotic ingredient designed for today’s functional dairy applications, including smoothies, yogurt drinks and frozen desserts. Derived from cassava root, this digestive-resistant maltodextrin delivers a smooth, neutral flavor while helping to reduce added sugar, enhance mouthfeel and support a healthy gut microbiome. With subtle sweetness and natural gelling properties, FibRefine pairs well with high-intensity sweeteners such as stevia and monk fruit. Ideal for organic and keto-friendly formulations, stacking it with other fibers can help avoid digestive issues, allowing for higher prebiotic fiber inclusion on the nutrition facts panel, according to the company.

Crafted with health-conscious consumers in mind, IFPC’s natural and organic stabilizer systems are ideal for fluid dairy products. These customized systems developed by the company’s Ingredient Technology & Applications team enhance both flavor and consistency, providing a delightful sensory experience, the company says. By using only natural ingredients and avoiding synthetic additives, they maintain purity and nutritional integrity. IFPC's expertise helps fluid dairy manufacturers meet the standards of modern consumers seeking wholesome indulgences. With a commitment to quality and innovative formulations, IFPC is a leader in dairy enhancements, enriching taste experiences and promoting overall well-being.

    ICE CREAM FEATURING HONEY

Ice Cream for Bears crafts indulgent, ancestral-style ice cream where honey takes center stage. This natural sweetener is added post-pasteurization to preserve its natural enzymes and minerals, with each pint embodying a commitment to purity and flavor, according to the National Honey Board. The base comprises grass-fed dairy from regeneratively managed farms and free-range egg yolks, ensuring a wholesome treat devoid of refined sugars, gums or stabilizers. Flavors like Honey Honey highlight rich, floral notes, while others like Chocturnal and Queen & Bean blend golden sweetness with premium ingredients. This dedication to natural, high-quality components earned Ice Cream for Bears the prestigious NEXTY Award for Frozen Dessert, celebrating

    innovation in natural products.

    PURE MAPLE SYRUP

There are no additives or preservatives in Anderson’s Pure Maple Syrup. Furthermore, there are no ingredients added to Anderson’s Pure Maple Syrup either. Pure maple syrup is what companies are getting every time they purchase a bottle of Anderson’s from Nelson-Jameson. The company offers Anderson’s Maple Pure Maple Syrup as a perfect “certified organic” ingredient, the company says, meaning that this pure maple syrup is produced according to stringent organic guidelines. More importantly, it means customers will enjoy the company’s pure maple syrup just as nature intended: pure, fresh, and completely organic, the company says.
