    SPICY CHIPOTLE CHILES FOR CHEESE

    Woodland Gourmet Granulated Spicy Chipotle Chiles available at Nelson-Jameson are crafted from fully ripened red jalapeño chiles that are smoked, dried and coarsely ground to deliver an incomparable flavor profile for cheese. With a heat range of 10,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units, these chiles introduce a relatively mild, earthy spiciness with slightly fruity, sweet notes and a touch of chocolate that can add a rich, smoky kick to cheese products. Irradiated for extended shelf life and dehydrated to concentrate their natural heat, this Kosher-certified ingredient is granulated, offering a convenient, ready-to-pour solution that requires no further preparation, according to the company.
