Whole Moon introduced a new coconut milk which the Albany, N.Y.-based company says is the first plant-based milk that uses whole coconut meat, no oils, creams or parts to deliver exceptional taste, superior nutrition and a richer, more satisfying experience.
Using a unique method that blends whole-roasted almonds, oats, pistachios, soybeans — and now whole coconut meat — Whole Moon creates beverages with a rich, slightly nutty flavor and full-bodied texture. The new coconut milk offers a smooth, creamy and subtly sweet profile with Whole Protein nutrition that’s perfect for sipping, blending or enhancing recipes. However, the company stands by the fact ”that it's so delicious and nutritious, you'll want to drink it all on its own.”

Whole Moon is available in four flavors: Almond, Oat, Pistachio and Coconut. The products are low in sugar, kosher, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified, with no added oils or artificial flavorings. Whole Moon products are available at Sprouts, ShopRite, Fairway and other retailers for a suggested retail price of $5.79 for a 42-ounce bottle.
