Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, Waterloo, Wis., introduced Chocolate mascarpone. The offering is a velvety cheese made by combining fresh sweet cream from the Crave Brothers farm with chocolate Irish crème. The alcohol-free flavor of classic Irish cream liqueur makes Chocolate mascarpone suitable for chocolate fans of all ages, Crave Brothers said.

According to Crave Brothers, the Chocolate mascarpone can be enjoyed as a standalone cheese for dessert cheeseboards or used as an ingredient in desserts. It also can be used as a dip for fresh strawberries, cookies or biscotti paired with espresso, or as a dessert topping.

Crave Brothers said its mascarpone has earned more than 36 awards at numerous prestigious cheese competitions. The chocolate variety received a First Place Award at the 2019 American Cheese Society Competition.
