Mariposa Dairy, Lindsay, Ontario, is adding eight new seasonal flavors to its Celebrity goat cheese line. The cheeses — available in the United States through importer Atalanta, Elizabeth, N.J. — were showcased in June at the 2019 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.

According to Atalanta, the flavored cheeses will be supported through an ongoing video and social media campaign. All the flavors can be enjoyed as is or used in a diverse array of culinary applications. Recipes and pairing suggestions will be offered along with the cheeses.

The seasonal flavors for spring and summer are Cucumber Lemon, Beet and Chive and Amarena Cherry. In autumn, Celebrity will introduce Spiced Sweet Potato, Maple Toffee and Horseradish Dill. Cappuccino and Truffle goat cheeses will launch this winter, Atalanta said.

Atalanta is an exclusive partner of Mariposa Dairy, which crafts fresh goat cheeses from a close network of Ontario-based family farms. Atalanta said Celebrity is crafted with traditional French technique, four generations of family expertise and impeccable care.
