    November 1, 2018

Serendipity Ice Cream Brands, Woodbury, N.Y., is introducing the first take-home ice cream line from the iconic Serendipity 3 restaurant in New York City. The restaurant, home to the $1,000 Golden Opulence sundae, brings a new experience to the ice cream category, the company said. These super-premium 16-ounce pints include such decadent flavors as Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, Humble Pie, Forbidden Broadway Sundae, Strawberry Fields, Outrageous Banana Split, Vanilla Vogue, Birthday Cake and Café Espresso Chip. A 2/3-cup serving of the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate variety has 280 calories, 9 grams of fat, 29 grams of sugar (24 added) and 4 grams of protein. The ice cream will be available in grocery and convenience stores nationally for a suggested retail price of $5.99.
