Castello Cheese, a brand of Arla Foods Inc., Basking Ridge, N.J., added Gouda, Muenster and Edam cheeses to its portfolio. The suggested retail price is $5.99 per 7-ounce package, and the cheeses are available nationwide in stores such as Walmart, Publix, Kroger and Meijer. The Gouda variety contains 100 calories, 8 grams of fat and 7 grams of protein per 1-ounce serving.
