Volpi Foods, St. Louis, introduced Roltini, gourmet salumi and mozzarella cheese sticks. Each stick is made with hand-crafted salumi and high-quality cheese, according to the company. The snack is available in single-serve 1.5-ounce packages in two flavors — Prosciutto Ham and Spicy Salami. The cheese product has a shelf life of 120 days and is available in a 24-count case for retail.
