Naugatuck, Conn.-based YoCrunch, now part of Danone Co., teamed up with Kellogg Co., Battle Creek, Mich., to create new YoCrunch Cereal Bowls, a yogurt featuring cereal toppings.
The new cereal bowls feature Kellogg's cereal toppings like Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops and Special K in a new dome-shaped top with YoCrunch yogurt. The unique packaging is the first-ever "shake and eat" yogurt container, according to the company.
The cereal bowl line includes five flavors across both core and Greek yogurt varieties and is sold in 4.7-ounce containers for a suggested retail price of $1.69. The yogurts hit stores nationwide this spring.
The five yogurt flavors are:
- Greek vanilla nonfat yogurt with Kellogg's Special K
- Greek strawberry nonfat yogurt with Kellogg's Special K
- Vanilla low-fat yogurt with Kellogg's Frosted Flakes
- Vanilla low-fat yogurt with Kellogg's Froot Loops
-
Vanilla low-fat yogurt with Kellogg's Krave
