The OMVE HT122 UHT/HTST processor unit is specially designed to process a broad range of products. The compact size allows a processor to conduct trials with less than one liter. This reduces the required amount of ingredients, preparation time, start-up time and processing time. Thus, a processor can conduct more trials in a single day, improving productivity. This system allows for heating and cooling of various products. Systems include different holding times and temperature profiles. The process trending overview and data logging are stored on a USB stick. The unit is self-contained with an on-board built-in steam boiler. Additional modules such as homogenization, de-aeration and sterile filling can be added.
