Cheese is at the center of new breakfast items from J & J Snack Foods Corp., Pennsauken, N.J. Crispy hashed brown potatoes surround an egg and cheese center in a new foodservice line called Tater Stuffers. These grab-and-go breakfast foods were developed for the roller grill, a first for J & J.

The Tater Stuffer line was developed for convenience stores and other foodservice operators who want to offer their customers a convenient, grab-and-go item. The product was designed for the roller grill, but also works well in a fryer. 

The Tater Stuffers are available in three flavors — cheese (just cheese and egg), the O’Brien (with green peppers, onions, eggs and cheese) and the Southwest (eggs and cheese with poblano peppers).
