Sales of butter and butter blends reached $3.52 billion for the 52-week period ending May 15, according to research provided by Chicago-based IRI. 

The global creamers market is expected to have a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.9 percent through 2032, according to a Persistence Market Research study.

Butter and creamers might not land a starring role on the plate or in the bowl like their cheese and ice cream dairy cousins, but they are important and versatile supporting actors.
