Ryan Crandall, chief revenue officer at Norwood, Mass.-based MariMed, joins us for Episode 26 of our “Let’s Talk Dairy” podcast. 

New York City-based Mochidoki announced that the premium mochi ice cream brand is expanding its retail footprint to include 40 Amazon Fresh delivery regions offering such popular flavors as Vanilla Chip, Strawberry, and Vegan Mango.

The limited-edition flavor comprises peanut butter ice cream with peanut brittle pieces and caramel swirl.

The Decatur facility, to open in 2024, will be Tillamook County Creamery Association's first owned and operated manufacturing facility outside of Oregon and its only facility solely dedicated to ice cream production.

Ingredients, flavors, colors and toppings give consumers something to “scream about.” Not only will the ice cream category grow 37% over 2021, but consumers are loving the five most popular flavors:  Chocolate, Cookies ‘N Cream, Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate Chip.

All Zodiac releases will be available for a limited time in four-pint mix-and-match packs or in-person at Clementine’s six St. Louis-based scoop shops. 

The company is setting its scooping sights on an all new, all-time goal to make this Free Cone Day the biggest and best ever with a goal to serve well over a million Fairtrade scoops globally. 

The full lineup of new flavors is Hidden Valley Ranch, Sweet Maple Cornbread, Blood Orange Chocolate Chip, Carrot Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Honey Graham Cracker and Limoncello Cake.

Strawberry Sunrise Sherbet, a pairing of lemonade and strawberry sherbet swirls, is among the flavors.

CCC will scale its manufacturing capacity with the growth of Lukes’ operations in Riviera Beach, Fla., where it expects to double the number of employees, while also investing in additional manufacturing locations in other areas of the United States.
