It's officially summer, which means Bruster's Real Ice Cream, makers of 150 flavors of premium, handcrafted ice cream, Italian ice and sorbet, is preparing for their favorite month of the year — National Ice Cream Month in July.

Each creation begins with a generous scoop of ice cream, which is then hand-smashed with treats ranging from marshmallows, cookie crumbles and chocolate chips, to syrups, graham crackers and more.

Ice cream commemorates the recently christened U.S. Navy Freedom-class Littoral Combat Ship, LCS 31, the future USS Cleveland.

Processor is also introducing a new flavor, Peanut Butter Cup Overload with REESE'S.

OddFellows x Hidden Leaf is a summer pop-up concept, bringing frozen carnival-themed desserts and cocktails to the property, located between 31st and 33rd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenue. The concept debuted on June 1.

Product now available at Longo’s and Food Basics stores across Ontario. 

The acquisition is aligned to the premiumization strategy of Unilever’s Ice Cream Business Group. Yasso joins other premium brands in the portfolio including Ben & Jerry’s, Magnum and Talenti, stated Unilever.

The company is celebrating its new Soft scoopables, a new take on soft serve that is easy to scoop straight from the freezer.

The company is currently adding 25,000 square feet, bringing the state-of-the-art facility to a total of 65,000 square feet. 

Each bonus flavor is considered a “Limited Time Only” flavor, and once the flavor is gone it is retired for the year.
