The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) board of directors selected 12 individuals to be recognized next year at CheeseExpo in Milwaukee for their outstanding work in the dairy processing industry.

The contest, which includes new and expanded categories, will be hosted by WCMA March 1-3 in Madison.

The Dairy Business Builder grant competition, administered by the Dairy Business Innovation Alliance (DBIA), opens Feb. 1, 2022, when applications will be available for download.
