Brookshire Grocery Co., Tyler, Texas, added two flavors to its Goldenbrook Ice Cream brand — Tres Leches and Dutch Chocolate Almond. The company said both flavors are now available at all Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, Spring Market and Fresh by Brookshire’s stores.

The revamped packaging includes hand-drawn designs.

The offerings include Banan-o-Graham, Fluffernutter and Spicy Choco-Lit.

The Häagen-Dazs Spirits Collection includes five ice cream flavors, a cookie square and a nondairy option, all containing less than 0.5% alcohol.

Honolulu-based Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts will add Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites to its portfolio of snack-sized mochi ice cream this summer.

The new flavor is Maple Cinnamon Crunch.

Dollar sales in the ice cream/sherbet category rose 2.2% during the 52 weeks ending April 22, 2018, to $6.9 billion, according to data from Chicago-based market research firm IRI. Unit sales increased 1.6% to 1.8 billion.

The sorbet bars are sold in boxes containing six 2-ounce bars.

The ice cream features a caramel malt ice cream with almond toffee pieces, fudge fish and a caramel swirl.
