Bubbies creates cookie dough-wrapped mochi ice cream

Honolulu-based Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts will add Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites to its portfolio of snack-sized mochi ice cream this summer. The bites, which are premium ice cream wrapped in edible cookie dough, will be offered in four flavors: Chocolate Chip, Brownie Batter, Sugar Cookie and Birthday Cake. They are gluten-free and non-GMO and contain 130 calories or less. The bites have a suggested retail price of $5.99-$6.99 per box.
