Food Production Solutions Show to replace EATS event

Messe Frankfurt and FPSA decided to sunset the Equipment Automation and Technology Show (EATS) and launch something new: the Food Production Solutions Show, developed in partnership with Messe Frankfurt.
"This show moves away from following the journey of the product — ingredients, production, packaging, distribution — to following the journey of the food processor and production company: ingredient sourcing, test kitchen work, regulations, food safety, small batch production, contracting production or packaging as needed, financing, facility purchase and design, large-scale equipment leasing or owning, scaling, and distribution," the organizations said.
"This concept fills a real void in an already crowded field of industry shows. Most events in this space are built around products and providers. The Food Production Solutions Show is built around the processor, and specifically around the challenge of scaling, no matter where a company is in its lifecycle. Whether you're a startup making your first production run or a multi-billion-dollar operation looking to optimize, this show is designed to meet you where you are. It's organized around the journey of the food processor, from product development and regulatory compliance through production, scaling, and operations, with curated Solution Zones, hands-on Collaboration Labs, and embedded Education Hubs that turn the show floor into a practical roadmap for growth. Our goal with the Food Production Solutions Show is to help grow the industry customer of tomorrow."
