Food Production Solutions Association Foundation opens Career Development Scholarship Program

The Foundation of the Food Production Solutions Association (FFPSA) announced the opening of its 2026 Career Development Scholarship Program, which will award five scholarships of $10,000 each to students pursuing careers in the food and beverage industry.
The scholarships are available to high school seniors, undergraduate students, and graduate students who are employees, spouses, or children of employees from Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA) member companies in good standing. Eligible applicants must demonstrate intent to pursue careers in fields such as food science, food safety, engineering, supply chain management, quality assurance, operations, sales, marketing, or other roles supporting the food and beverage sector.
"For many years, the FPSA Foundation has invested in the future of the food industry through education and research," said Matt Malott, chairman of the FPSA Foundation. "Our Career Development Scholarship Program helps FPSA member families pursue their educational goals while supporting the next generation as they launch their careers. We're proud to continue this important work in 2026."
The scholarship program is administered through an independent selection process that evaluates applicants based on academic achievements, essay content, extracurricular and community activities, and demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in the food and beverage industry.
"Supporting the next generation of food industry professionals is essential to the continued growth and innovation of our sector," said Chris Lyons, CEO of FPSA. "These scholarships represent our commitment to developing talent and ensuring that bright, motivated students have the resources they need to succeed in their educational journey and future careers."
