    Peloton Instructor joins Dairy Foods for new video

    Peloton instructor Adrian William joins Brian Berk, Dairy Foods editor-in-chief, to talk about How dairy fits into a modern fitness routine; The Parm Bar launch and giveaway; How he uses cheese to recover after workouts; His personal training philosophy, including building lasting habits and finding joy in fitness; and additional projects including: Great Things with Adrian, a long-form conversation series where he sits down with founders, athletes, and cultural leaders to unpack the real stories behind their success.
