Aficionados of Eastern European style cheeses may be familiar with farmer cheese, also known as Twaróg, a variety of quark. Lifeway Farmer Cheese is a premium, reduced fat, low-calorie cultured soft cheese made with Lifeway Foods' small batch, artisanal recipe, Lifeway noted.
