CheeseExpo Global Online announces Ideas Showcase lineup
Register by March 22 for early access to exhibits, networking.
The Madison, Wis.-based Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) announced the Ideas Showcase lineup for CheeseExpo Global Online. The event will run for three days, April 6-8, 2021, but by registering now, attendees will have access to these informative supplier talks and the latest industry technology beginning March 22. Dairy processors may see these Ideas Showcase talks, as well as the Virtual Exhibits, and join the daily Spotlight Events for free.
“In 2021, CheeseExpo Global Online is delivering all of the educational content you’ve come to expect and value from our shows, but in a whole new way,” said John Umhoefer, executive director of WCMA, co-host of the event with the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. “The global dairy industry’s brightest minds, latest and greatest technologies, and ideas to help build your business are just a few clicks away.”

Attendees may cap off each day at CheeseExpo Global Online with celebratory networking events, including the Tetra Pak Spotlight Event, the Chr. Hansen Spotlight Event — featuring the Championship Cheese Auction, and the WCMA Awards Banquet Highlights, offered to dairy manufacturers and processors with free advance registration, WCMA said.
Attendees may upgrade to Full Registration and gain exclusive access to keynote presentations, kicking off each day’s official programming. Attend the RELCO Opening Keynote, featuring cheese industry leaders reflecting on 2020 and focus on learnings and strengths that will guide dairy into the future after the largest global disruption in generations, WCMA said. They may join in the DSM Keynote Event — the WCMA Recognition Awards — and also log on for the Amcor Flexibles North America Keynote Address for a look at emerging trends in the consumer and sales channels for the dairy industry, WCMA said.
Also offered with Full Registration are a dozen educational seminars revealing new dairy processing technology and the science behind dairy quality, insights on opportunities in new market sectors and sales abroad, practical guidance for crisis management, workforce development and much more.
