Clio Snacks adds less sugar yogurt bars
The bars come in Mixed Berry and Peach.
Clio Snacks, Roselle, N.J., said it launched a new line of Clio less sugar yogurt bars in two flavors — Mixed Berry and Peach. The new product offering contains 100 calories, 1 gram of sugar and 8 grams of protein.
According to Clio, research shows that at least 60% of adults are actively taking steps to reduce sugar in their diet, with sugar content being the No. 2 decision driver of snacks behind protein count. By 2027, the ketogenic lifestyle market is forecast to be worth $15 billion dollars.
Perfect for both guilt-free snacking and as a better-for-you dessert option, Clio less sugar yogurt bars are currently available for purchase at www.cliosnacks.com and in Walmart stores, with plans to expand into select grocery and natural stores in early 2021. The yogurt bars’ suggested retail price starts at $1.28, Clio said.
