According the company, ALA omega-3s are found abundantly in Anutra whole grains and are considered by many health groups and scientists to be the only essential omega-3s. Mighty Milk is made from milk produced without the artificial growth hormone rBST. It also contains other all-natural ingredients, including chocolate and natural sweetener.
