Three suppliers form alliance to solve challenges facing steam users
Hartford Steam Boiler, Armstrong International and Miura joined forces to deliver steam-as-a-service.

Three dairy industry supplier leaders recently formed an alliance to solve three major challenges facing steam users today: capital funding, declining workforce expertise and subpar system efficiencies. Miura America Co. Ltd., Rockmart, Ga., said it joined forces with Hartford Steam Boiler and Armstrong International to develop and offer a turnkey, fully financed solution to deliver steam-as-a-service (SaaS) to the industry.
The offering allows customers to focus on their core business, Miura said, while having a powerhouse partnership on-site to design, build, operate, maintain and continuously optimize steam generation. This will help customers to update aging steam infrastructure operating well beyond its optimal life span or to invest in the best available technology and system design to future proof new construction.
